Mystic Sound Records is proud to present the full-length album of the incredible UK-based producer, Dan Forest, Iacchus – ‘Fabric Of The Cosmos’.
Aerial hang drum meets with the dark matter first, revealing basic parts of the world you are about to meet. In this world an up-speeded drummer is having a great time with the drum kit, installed on a Jovian ring. And there is something French here about it, chanson-y French, yet with the broken bass. It goes sharper afterwards, gathering all the sounds into the exciting trip. This trip leads to the interaction of two minds which find peace and enjoy their merging. Next track is a gift for Herbert’s ‘Dune’ saga fans: it’s called Muad’Dib, and it would be great to check it out regardless of Herbert. Straight after this psy-fi you can make a turn to the tropical grounds with their selfless shaman dance, raising you to the skies. Hang drum up there is welcoming us back in magic; it rings the last piece with the beginning of the album, which makes “Fabric Of The Cosmos” replay inevitable. Enjoy!
